Suraj Estate Developers Limited will seek to raise up to Rs 165,00,00,000 through a private placement of Senior, secured, Unrated, Unlisted, redeemable, taxable, non-convertible debentures, each with a face value of Rs 10,00,000, the company said in a filing on August 5, 2026, adding that a meeting of the Management Committee of the Board of Directors is scheduled for August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the fundraising.
